“Mangroves” was created using bright vivid colours. This painting is of a fishing spot in the Gulf of Carpentaria, we would catch Mangrove Jack, Barramundi and Mud Crabs. There would be a fire nearby to cook a fish for lunch and to keep the tea hot.
