This artwork shows the wildflowers that grow all over my Country and have various uses, such as food, medicine, and dyeing. Among these flowers, my family has a particular fondness for the Bachelor Buttons, which you can see here in pink. These flowers are incredibly resilient and can thrive with minimal water, making them well-suited to the arid conditions of our place.
Measuring 45 cm x 61 cm, this acrylic-on-canvas piece is hand-framed in a Tasmanian Oak frame in Queensland and comes ready to be hung on your wall.
