The First nardurna Prints Are Released

July 8, 2020 | Darwin, Northern Territory

The very first nardurna prints were released on July 8, 2020! These early prints were available in just one or two sizes and, if I remember correctly, they came framed. At the time, it was an exciting step forward, but I quickly realised that to make my art truly accessible, I needed to expand the range.

I was incredibly fortunate to find an Australian supplier who could not only print my art but also frame it and ship it. They took care of everything, and their support was instrumental in the growth of nardurna. That supplier is Left Bank Art Group, and over time, Toby and his team have become like family to nardurna.

But it wasn’t an easy decision at first. I was in Darwin, and they were in Queensland, which made me hesitant to take the leap. It was actually Aaron who suggested I give them a go—and thank goodness I did. Their quality, reliability, and dedication to my work made it possible for me to focus on creating while knowing my prints were in the best hands.

Expanding the range to include more sizes and options allowed my work to reach people beyond just those with deep pockets. This decision has been one of the things I’m most proud of—keeping my art high quality yet affordable, so more people can enjoy and connect with it.
